Linda Wilson is President of Key Advisors, Inc., a consulting company providing market and financial analysis in the hospitality industry. She has extensive experience in marketing, operations, finance, valuation, and development in the hospitality and leisure sectors. Educated at Michigan State University's Hotel School and University of Missouri’s Graduate Business School in Kansas City, her industry training began with Marriott International at the Atlanta Marriott Airport Hotel.

Upon graduation in 1985, her consulting career commenced at Laventhol and Horwath. Her experience included market and economic feasibility studies, valuation, strategic planning, merger and acquisition consulting and market planning in the hospitality industry. 

From 1992 to 1995, Ms. Wilson was a Senior Consultant with Coopers and Lybrand. During this period, her responsibilities included litigation support, workouts, valuation, as well as traditional market and financial studies in the hospitality and real estate industries.

From 1995 to 2002, Ms. Wilson was Director of the Southeast Hospitality Consulting group at Arthur Andersen. As a Principal, her responsibilities consisted of managing a variety of engagements including market and financial assessments of hotels, resorts, golf courses, spas, casinos, attractions, convention centers, entertainment complexes, tourist destinations, and master planned communities.

Over the years, Ms. Wilson has assisted a variety of clients including developers, owners, operators, lenders, law firms, governmental agencies, and architectural firms. 

She is a member of the International Society of Hotel Consultants.  She has been a guest lecturer at continuing education classes sponsored by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and at Georgia Tech.  She was awarded “Alumna of the Month” in 1995 by MSU’s Hotel Business School Alumni Association. Ms. Wilson is a member of the Urban Land Institute; served on the Membership Committee for the Georgia Hospitality & Travel Association, and has contributed articles on trends to the GHTA Journal.  She is frequently quoted in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.  She has served on the board of directors for Hotel Equities, Inc. since 2010.  She is also a founding member of Hospitality Industry Ministries, Inc. and serves on the board.  She works with Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute as a tourism adviser.
